14 January 2021 - Coronavirus (Covid-19)
If you have symptoms of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), however mild, stay at
home and do not leave your house for 7 days from when your symptoms started.
- This action will help protect others in your community whilst you are infectious.
- Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
- You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you are staying at home.
The most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) being recent onset of:
- New continuous cough and/or
- High temperature
- Loss of taste and or smell
- For most people, coronavirus (COVID-19) will be a mild infection.

08 April 2018 - Improvements to the Village Hall
For some time villagers have expressed an interest in making more of the village hall. To that end the Parish Council have commissioned Architect Guylee Simmonds to develop some ideas of how that could be achieved. Click here for Guylee's report.
29 September 2015 - PPC meeting at County Hall 18/09/15
Piddinghoe Parish Council met with representatives of East Sussex County Council, Lewes District Council, Ouse Valley Cycle Network and South Downs National Park on the 18th of September 2015 to discuss the Egrets Way and, in particular, the problems unique to the village.
